Order Confirmation & Purchase Order Policy

Quotation Approval

• All quotations issued by Akshar Petrochem Industries are valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation.
• Prices, taxes, freight charges, delivery schedules, and product specifications are subject to confirmation at the time of order placement.
• A quotation shall be considered accepted only when the customer provides written approval through email, WhatsApp, signed quotation, or Purchase Order (PO).

Purchase Order Requirement

• Customers are requested to issue an official Purchase Order (PO) containing:
• Product name and specification
• Quantity
• Delivery address
• Billing details
• GST details (if applicable)
• Agreed price and payment terms
• The Purchase Order must match the quotation details. Any variation may require revised pricing or approval.

Order Confirmation

• An order shall be treated as confirmed only after:
• Receipt of the customer's Purchase Order or written order confirmation.
• Completion of any applicable advance payment requirements.
• Internal acceptance and confirmation by Akshar Petrochem Industries.
• The company reserves the right to accept or decline any order based on material availability, credit approval, logistics feasibility, or other business considerations.

Sales Order Issuance

• Upon acceptance of the order, the company may issue a Sales Order (SO) or Order Confirmation.
• Customers are advised to review the Sales Order carefully and report any discrepancies immediately.
• If no objection is received, the Sales Order shall be deemed accepted.

Order Amendments

• Any changes in quantity, specification, delivery location, or delivery schedule must be requested in writing.
• Amendments are subject to material availability and company approval.
• Revised pricing or delivery timelines may apply.

Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production, procurement, packing, or dispatch activities have commenced.
• Cancellation requests may be accepted only at the sole discretion of the company and may attract cancellation charges.

Delivery Schedule

• Delivery timelines are tentative unless specifically guaranteed in writing.
• Delays due to force majeure, transport issues, supplier delays, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond the company's control shall not make the company liable for damages.

Dispute Resolution

• Any dispute regarding order confirmation, pricing, specifications, or delivery shall be governed by the terms mentioned in the quotation, Sales Order, invoice, and applicable laws.

Important Note: Submission of a Purchase Order, written confirmation, or advance payment shall constitute acceptance of all commercial terms and conditions of Akshar Petrochem Industries. Orders will be processed only after receiving the required Purchase Order and/or payment confirmation.
