Material Return Policy

Material Return Eligibility

• Material returns will only be considered with prior written approval from the company.
• Customers must notify the company within 48 hours of material receipt if any issue is found.
• Returned material must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return Request Process

Customers must provide:

• Invoice copy
• Delivery details
• Batch number (if applicable)
• Quantity to be returned
• Reason for return
• Supporting photographs or videos, if required

Acceptable Return Reasons

Returns may be approved in the following cases:

• Wrong material supplied by the company.
• Damaged material received due to company packing issues.
• Material quality not matching the approved specification, subject to verification.

Non-Returnable Material

The following materials are not eligible for return:

• Material ordered incorrectly by the customer.
• Material already used, mixed, processed, or repacked.
• Customized, special-order, imported, or non-stock items.
• Material damaged due to improper handling, storage, or transportation after delivery.
• Return requests raised after the specified notification period.

Inspection and Approval

• All returned materials are subject to inspection and quality verification by the company.
• Acceptance or rejection of the return request shall be at the sole discretion of the company.
• Return approval does not guarantee a refund until the material is received and inspected.

Transportation and Freight Charges

• If the return is due to an error by the company, return freight charges may be borne by the company.
• In all other approved return cases, transportation, loading, unloading, and related expenses shall be borne by the customer.

Credit Note / Replacement

Upon approval, the company may:

• Issue a replacement material, or
• Issue a credit note for future purchases, or
• Process a refund as per the company's Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The company's liability is limited to the value of the material supplied. No claims for indirect, consequential, production loss, business loss, or other damages shall be accepted.

Note: Material shall not be returned without prior written authorization from Akshar Petrochem Industries. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's cost.
